Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP)
GE Energy We are seeking people with:
- MBA/ Master Degree with 5 to 8 years working experience in sales or marketing
- Demonstrated achievement in sales and/or marketing
- Expertise aligned with the Energy business
- Demonstrated strong leadership, communication & analytical skills
- Ability to embrace change
- ECLP will expose members to multiple segments within GE Energy. This rotational experience will highlight the diversity that differentiates GE from other companies and will help to accelerate learning. The program consists of:
- A two-year program consisting of three 8-month, cross-segment rotational assignments within the sales and/ or marketing segments of the Water business
- Rotations provide experiences such as consultative selling, marketing analysis, marketing management, product management, customer and market segmentation, forecasting and analytics, pricing and commercialization, project management, online design and benchmarking and sales development
- To supplement on-the-job learning, program members strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing six weeks of in-residence training over the two-year program.
