Graduate Engineering Management Program GE Indonesia - GEMP is a two years’ program committed to growing GE entry level, high potential talent - people with a passion for technology, a drive for technical excellence, professional skills and GE values - by accelerating their development through intense technical training and a variety of business-critical assignments. GEMP graduates will gain the technical and business foundation to proactively and continuously make innovative contribution to GE.

Graduate Engineering Management Program (GEMP)

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Engineering or Science degree from technical Universities
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Prior interns, co-op or research experiences in engineering or manufacturing
• Commitment to a career in technology
• Experience in writing technical reports
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must willing to relocate

Participants complete three 6-months rotations in Engineering within one business and expected to be geographically mobile. The GEMP is designed to gain hands-on experience while working on challenging projects, network with professionals, and learn from some of the brightest minds in the business
