Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology (GPA min 2.75)
• Preferably certified as Psychologist
• Maximum 28 years old
• Minimum 2 years experience as recruiter, in aviation is advantage
• Familiar with psychological tools / evaluation
• Fluent in English and computer literate
• Willing to be hired as contract basis
• Preferably lived in Tangerang area
