Product Development Operations provides the whole of Product Development with the support, tools, processes and technologies it needs to enable best-in-class delivery of all future Jaguar Land Rover programmes. In many respects they are completely integrated into all aspects of developing vehicles. Product Development Operations is a highly varied department that allows employees to immerse themselves into all functions.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a Vehicle Project Planner to join us. As a key member of a dedicated and driven team, you’ll help Jaguar Land Rover stay ahead of the competition. It’s all about flexibility and foresight. Anticipating consumer demand and responding to the external influences that shape the automotive industry, you’ll have the most advanced systems and technology in the world at your disposal. After all, the market for your work is truly global. You’ll be instrumental in building the next generation of Jaguars and Land Rovers – vehicles that will grab attention on the world stage.

As a Vehicle Project Planner you will be responsible for the co-ordination of a range of contributing activities that deliver a successful Jaguar Land Rover vehicle programme.

Together with a relevant degree, you should be able to:

• Lead the resolution of business, technical and process issues
• Understand Product Development processes and timings
• Demonstrate automotive project and supplier management experience
• Deliver with minimum supervision
• Display excellent communication skills
