For our Maintenance & Equipment Reliability Department, based in Holderbank AG, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer.

Your tasks:
- Support Holcim group companies in the field of optimum plant maintenance strategy, systems and processes to reach business targets and improve maintenance performance
- Develop Holcim Technical Standards and Guidelines in the area of maintenance systems and processes to reach high maintenance efficiency
- Support Group companies in development of key maintenance personnel
- Lead implementation and sustainability projects of corporate maintenance management processes, systems (incl. SAP – PM / PS solutions) in group companie
- Implement, support and coach preventive maintenance processes and routines in group companies
- Master / Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- More than 3 years experience in a maintenance position in the cement or heavy industry
- Record in successful project execution/ management in an international environment
- Good knowledge and experience in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance techniques
- Expertise in SAP PM usage, specifically in Planning & Scheduling is preferable
- Fluent English, other language skills in German, Spanish, French are an advantage
- Willingness to travel worldwide app. 40-50%
