Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Head of Mining Engineering position and will be placed at South Kalimantan - Sumatera.


Responsibilities:

• Be a representative of Kepala Teknik Tambang in Mine.
• Prepare strategy and annual Environmental Program, Conceptualization of budget and man power plan in Environment.
• Prepare Report to government about RKL/UPL progress quarterly.
• Conducted mining activities such as (Mine Planning, Mine production (land clearing, drilling & Blasting, mine survey, Overburden activity, Coal Getting, Coal Quality).
• Manage sub contractor.
• Prepare Monthly Production Report, Evaluation mining progress, and Annual plan.
• As management representative of Environment Management System.
• Conceptualization of budget plan and man power plan.
• Coordinate and implement effective mine closure.
• Make Good relationship with local Community in mine area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree.
• Having certificate POU (KTT).
• Min. 15 years of work experience in open cast coal mines.
• Having good understanding of mining operations, starting from pit to Barging.
• Able to work under pressure and manage team.
• Good relationship with related government.
• Result oriented, attention to detail, good analytical and interpersonal skill, strong communication skill, self motivated and proactive, well organized, able to work in cross cultural environment.
• Computer literate and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels in English and Indonesian.
• Willing to be placed on mine site with roster.
