This highly creative role is all about keeping us ahead of the competition and strengthening our global reputation for innovation. You’ll develop the imaginative, long-term product plans we need to anticipate our customers’ future needs and respond to legislative and environmental issues within the industry. This will see you working with technology specialists and analysing market data; then bringing your findings together to generate ambitious proposals.

Candidate Profile

To excel, you’ll need to combine knowledge of powertrain technologies and development with creativity and commercial acumen. A deep understanding of our products, our market and our competitors is essential, along with robust project management skills. While not essential, experience of strategic planning or powertrain engineering would also prove a real asset.
