Providing strategic and technical leadership across a wide range of system and component programmes, you’ll help bring our next generation engines to life. You’ll head up a team of design and validation engineers working on both petrol and diesel engines – steering their work from initial concept design through to eventual launch. And, leading by example, you’ll make sure that quality, innovation and technical excellence guide every stage of the process.

Candidate Profile

To make an impression, you’ll need to be an inspirational leader with a strong technical background and proven experience of engine engineering design principles and quality tools. An understanding of the application of computer aided design techniques is also crucial, along with the ability to evaluate new technologies and then implement them into existing programmes. Effective communication will be key to your success, so you must also be comfortable conveying your technical strategies at all levels.
