Candidate Profile

With emissions being high on the industry’s agenda and that of our customers, yours will be a crucial role. You’ll maintain and calibrate a huge range of emission measurement systems and equipment, all the way up to complex multi-train systems with gaseous and particulate measurement capability. You’ll also investigate faults, develop facility enhancements and provide technical advice to engineers from other disciplines, thereby making a significant contribution to the success of our Environment Innovation strategy.

As such, we will need you to be a natural problem-solver with solid experience in the maintenance and repair of Horiba 7000 and 9000 Emission Analyser Systems. Proven skills in fault resolution and root-cause identification are crucial too, as is a methodical, logical approach to your work. Some knowledge of engine operating principles and diesel and gasoline exhaust gases, while not essential, would also prove an asset.
