System Analysts
As System Analyst you will be responsible for designing improvements to our HR application to address client specific needs, to enhance modules and/or workflows as well as to expand the system to adapt to ever changing requirements. You will deal with all aspects related to our clients’ business process, operation, strategy, planning, coordination, scheduling, and also their technical equipment and software. All solutions need to be formulated into a system specification and configuration plan.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
As System Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Meeting clients, understanding, analyzing and evaluating their HR related business procedures, flows and problems;
- Understandably documenting the process with graphs and diagrams to represent the newly proposed system and flow including modifications to be done in our HR solution;
- Preparing cost vs. benefits analysis as a result of implementing the proposed solution.
- Supervise system configuration and implementation based on agreed specification and design;
- Prepare specifications for the programmers to follow including descriptions of database schemas, files and document used in the processing and data flow charts showing interrelationships of data elements to be considered during the programming;
- Coordinate the development of test problems to debug the system and participate in trial runs;
- Oversee and assist in preparing the technical documentation and instructional manual for the modified system.
Education
- Successfully completed study with a bachelors degree (S1) or above in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent; or Human Resource Management / Development, Business Administration or equivalent
- Educational Background and understanding in both IT Systems and Human Resource Management
- Ability to communicate effectively with personnel with various backgrounds
- Keep up with the rapidly changing technology of the computer field and continuously studying to keep skills up-to-date
- Required 3 years experience with Human Resource Systems
- Preferably 3 years working experience in HR implementation
- Required experience in system analysis and design
- Preferably Programming Language experience
- Intercultural experience desirable
- Think logically and work with innovative ideas
- Capability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to details
