HR Software Develope

We're a multinational software company with great products, and international clients. We're growing rapidly and need additional staff to help us expand and develop our products. We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals to fill the position of Software Developer – HR Implementations.

SunFish HR provides for the complete HR management with in a company. Based on DataOn’s web application platform, SunFish HR is integrated across all aspects of a business through a flexible configuration and software customization during the implementation process.

In this position you will:

• Guide the delivery of market-leading and market-changing integration software meeting customer needs, on time, with the highest quality.
• Play an important role in delivering SunFish HR, DataOn’s complete Human Resource Management Solution Package.
• Have primary responsibility for working within a team to understand customer requirements and perform any software customization necessary to meet those requirements.
• Use best practices methodology to advise clients of appropriate methods for the re-engineering of HR related business process to gain maximum ROI for their SunFish HR implementation.
• Perform software development using technologies such as Macromedia ColdFusion, HTML, Javascript, DHTML and J2EE.
• Work hand-in-hand with highly motivated, industry-savvy product managers, and a top-flight development team, with a proven track record of delivering market-winning products in the integration space.
• Development efforts will also include deployment of solutions on both the Windows and Linux platform using a variety of databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle and Interbase.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive development process to deliver a ready to use product on time.
• Key contributor to product design.
• Contribute to and manage product specification-a project architect working with our development architects and product manager. · Responsible for the functionality and interface presented to the customer.
• Facilitate communication and negotiation within the project team where the project team is made up of DataOn Staff, our clients management and users.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and report project status.
• Drive the process of making critical trade-off decisions.
• Drive and manage risk assessment and risk management.
• Manage bug prioritization.
• Interact with customers.

Qualifications/Necessary Skills:

• Able to ship the right features at the right time: pragmatic, analytical, good at prioritization and trade-offs. · Understanding of the HR Software marketplace; product-oriented vision; specification and planning; project management; process orientation; exceptional communication; team leadership; knowledge and experience with quality assurance; ability to handle and manage tight schedules and demanding teams.
• A background in development of Human Resource Management Information Systems, Financial Accounting Systems or Business Process Management.
• Expertise with middleware applications server market, and enterprise level software applications.
• Experience with J2EE applications development.
• Must be very customer focused, with excellent communication and analytic skills.
• You should have a track record of successfully working with development teams to ship great software.
• Software architects seeking to make the transition to program management are valued and welcome.

Educational Requirements:

• A bachelors degree, S1 or equivalent and a minimum of three years experience in a similar position is required.
• A good working knowledge of English is required
