We understand that human resources is important factors to growth our business – now we open position for:

HR Project Manager
  • We're a multinational software company with great products, and international clients. We're growing rapidly and need additional staff to help us expand and develop our products.
  • We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals to fill the position of Project Manager for our Human Resouce Product.
  • This position will be responsible for the supervision and management of SunFish HR project development and implementations.
Successful applicants for this position will need to have:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensuring the project methodology is adhered to efficiently.
  • Assuring consistency with overall approved IT systems architecture and structure.
  • Writing and researching functional program specification.
  • Identifying and managing project schedule, budget, and risks.
  • Managing overall SunFish Financial Accounting product development including database design and system project development.
  • Managing full project implementation life cycle.
  • Coordinating all development team, especially working closely with designers and developers during project development.
General requirements:
  • A bachelor degree (S1) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, or equivalent
  • A minimum of five-year experiences in software development and implementation
  • A good command of English is required
Qualifications/necessary skills:
  1. Having a strong background in system development life cycle
  2. Expert in web application development such as ColdFusion, ASP, PHP, or Java
  3. Familiar with database-driven programming involving Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle database
  4. Able to work independently and lead a small group of 3-10 developers, designers, and analysts, as well as facilitating communication with clients
  5. Having profound knowledge of HR and HR solutions and best practices
  6. Having good presentation, technical and business writing skills
