Leading multidisciplinary teams across our Hybrid programme, you’ll need a proven, relevant track record in programme management, including automotive experience – preferably in the electrical / powertrain / hybrid field. As a leader of engineering projects, you have successfully managed large, diverse teams to deliver exceptional results and develop strong technical, business and personal skills.

To deliver the high quality outcomes we need, you must have experience of setting clear and compelling strategic directions, and developing world-class synchronised technical systems solutions.
