You’ll be a pivotal member of our Sustainability Attributes team. This multi-disciplined function is made up of experts who play a major part in ensuring we meet our regulatory obligations across tailpipe CO2 and GHG, lifecycle assessment (LCA) and customer-driven attributes. But your contribution will be about much more than compliance. You’ll be integral to ensuring the quality we’re famed for shines through every aspect of this vital work.

Candidate Profile

Project managing Weight and Environmental attribute targets and deliverables, you’ll make sure a small team of skilled and committed engineers does an outstanding job. You’ll be responsible for vehicle level attribute futuring and target setting, and for cross-functional and attribute target trading and balancing.

Coordinating and chairing Design Efficiency Reviews, you’ll work closely with our Engineering functions to ensure excellence, using teardown data. Deftly resolving issues that occur in any aspect of your remit, you’ll produce status reports, programme metrics and Certification of Masses and Environmental Compliance. You’ll also be accountable for LCA assessment and Environmental Product Declaration.

A strong leader with an impressive project management track record, you have a proven ability to prioritise your own time and your team’s workload. You have the talent and the drive to ensure the delivery of great results every time, no matter how challenging the work or how tight the deadline. Strong knowledge of whole vehicle engineering is essential. Naturally, you’ll also be expected to display excellent communication and presentation skills.
