Position Summary

GT Nexus, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced QA Engineer to test our application suite. The candidate will be a member of a team that is responsible for the test case development, test execution and reporting bugs of GT Nexus' e-commerce solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate business and functional specifications into testing requirements.
• Build and document test cases and generate results in a clear concise manner.
• Execute test cases and test that the results are as expected.
• Document defects in a clear and concise manner and should be able to do re-execution of test cases after the resolution of the defects.
• Develop program to prepare test data bed.

Job Requirements

• BS/MS in CS/EE (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years hands-on testing experience
• Sound knowledge of testing concepts and SDLC methodologies
• Experience in System Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle
• Experience in Mercury Test Tool (such as QTP) is a plus
• Exposure to SCM/Logistics domain is a plus
