Job Description

• Responsible for scale-up production of hybridoma cells as raw materials for monoclonal antibody production;
• Prepare other cell culture products as needed;
• Perform in-process quality control, keep record and follow production SOPs to ensure high-quality productions;
• Monitor line performance, achieve daily/weekly/monthly production targets;
• Involve in troubleshooting and improving existing processes;
• Maintain the proper documentation on site such as batch documents, logbook being filled in accordance with regulatory requirements timely;
• Supervise junior member of the production team in daily production activities
• Label and pack consumables products for delivery;
• Other tasks related manufacturing as assigned.

Required Experience

• College diploma with 3-5 years of experience in the industry;
• Have strong knowledge of hybridoma cell culture techniques and good laboratory practice skills;
• Experience with computers skills in Microsoft Office, experience in manufacturing systems or document control systems is a plus;
• Attention to details, willing to work overtime as needed.
