Geotechnical Engineer (Code : GTE)

Golden Energy Mines is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.

The 3 projects together have been assessed to hold total Joint Ore Reserves Committee (“JORC”) resources in excess of 1.93 billion tons (“bt”) of thermal coal, of which approximately 849 million tons (“mt”) are proven and probable reserves as at 31st of March 2011.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering
• Having “Pratama or Madya” Certification is preferable
• Minimum of 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering
• Having Superior Skills in : Geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement, Geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM (Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W).
