Permitting & Government Relations Manager

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of working experience in building and maintaining resourceful relationship with the government agencies at central level as well as familiarity of how these processes work at the provincial and local levels. Proven track record of successes in this area will include strong program management skills.
• Possess strong network with key senior officials, in-depth understanding of the political processes, including the interaction of government, law, and politics.
• Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels, very adaptable to changes in the government institutions.
• Has analytical and conflict resolution skills, highest commitment to integrity to guide actions and decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, attention to detail, a commitment to follow-through and comfort operating in a fast-paced multinational environment on multiple assignments.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
