QHSSE Officer

Work Location: Jakarta

Requirements/Responsibility:

• Maintains International QHSE Management System Certification
• Able to handle customer complaints and internal abnormalities and addresses all relevant corrective and preventive actions information for business management review
• Review Client bids/tenders and contracts with regard to QA requirements, in order to ensure that Weatherford meet these requirements.
• Monitoring the progress, allocating action and close out customer non-conformance reports (CPAR).
• Monitors health and safety performance, including accidents and incidents report and recommends actions for improvement.

1. Other duties as directed.
2. Bachelor degree in Quality / Industrial Engineering, Business Management or relevant.
3. 1 year experience in implementing and maintaining a business process/quality management system.
4. Basic understanding of the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management Systems and/or 18001 Occupational Health & Safety and/or 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
5. Competent supervisory skills.
6. Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
7. Advanced technical writing skills.
8. Competent trainer.
9. Mechanical aptitude.
10. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
11. Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
12. Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
