NPP Procurement

Work Location: Cikarang

Responsibilities:

• Register and follow up Purchase Request and Purchase Order,
• Create Request Form Quotation and follow it up
• Clarify the specification to end user, maintaining the contract (info last status),
• Filling the document (include fax. anf copy)
• Create and maintain the Purchase Order repetitive,
• Distribute the documents (invoice, incoming/outgoing letter)
• Distribute goods to end user (include to all branches outside town)
• Maintaining and filling the supplier introduction

Requirements:

• Min.Diploma Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Ms.Excel
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Cikarang based
