Jasa Raharja Persero not independent of government policy to do the nationalization of Dutch-owned Companies to the enactment of Law No.86 of 1958 on the Nationalization of the Netherlands.

Elaboration of the Act in insurance losses, the government nationalized the general insurance companies under the Dutch Government Regulation (PP) No.6 of 1960 Determination of the Dutch Insurance Company is subject to nationalization.

Government Regulation is established on January 16, 1960, but retroactive to the date of December 3, 1957.

Furthermore, some companies that have nationalized the status of legal entity established by the State Insurance Company (PNAK) in accordance with Law Number 19 Prp Year 1960 on State Company which is wholly the wealth of the Republic of Indonesia.

• Minister of Finance Decree No. KEP-750/MK/IV/11/1970 dated 18 November 1970 concerning the Declaration on State Enterprise (PN) Jasa Rahardja Insurance of the State such as the reply referred to in paragraph (2) of Article of Law No. 9 of 1969
• Government Regulation Number 39 Year 1980 on Form Transfer Services Insurance Public Company Raharja Being a Liability Company Persero.
