Madhani Talatah Nusantara is Jakarta based company providing specialized construction and mining contracting services to Indonesian resource sector, particularly for mining and mineral processing projects.

Madhani was established 31th October 2001 based on Company Articles of Association No. 55 and registered as a National Construction and Mining Company in the Republic of Indonesia and can operate legally as a contractor in local resource industries.

In expanding our business - currently the company needs special person with high integrity to fill the position as:

Corporate HSE Manager

Work Location: Jakarta

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Manager level).
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent. Job role in Management or Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer.or Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferably in multinational companies with multi sites, 10 years + total working experiences in mining.
• Familiar with OHSAS 18001:2007, SMK3L, ISO 14001 and safety regulation.
• Formal training in Safety and Risk Management, internal audit and familiar with the Behavior Based Safety concept.
• Good communications and presentation skills including report writing skills.
• Able to travel to projects/sites.
• Work extended hours meet section deadlines and emergency situations.
• Also required is the experience and capability to manage safety initiatives at various project sites in Kalimantan
