Agency Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct annual Training Need Analysis
• Design and implement Annual Training Road Map/Calendar
• Develop training modules
• Deliver training to agents
• Conduct training evaluation and utilize the result for training program improvement
• Create and implement new initiatives for learning environment
• Handle training report and administration

Requirements:

• At least bachelor degree from reputable university.
• Min. 3 years experience as a trainer
• Fluency to speak English
• Nice and mature personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• Have good relationship and easy to adapt with new environment
• Can do attitude and positive thinking
• Computer literate
