- Male
- Possess Indonesian citizenship
- Maximum 28 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
- Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
- Minimum 3 years experience in industrial relationship, especially in industrial relation dispute resolution
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
- Possess effective communication skill, able to work individually or in team
- Possess high analytical skill
