Position Summary

This position is a techno functional role where an analyst is exposed to supply chain flow of various Industry verticals. An analyst works with various stakeholders from all business units and documents various processes and integration requirements. Qualified candidates should have 2+ years of experience as a Business or Technical Analyst. The ideal candidate should have experience in International Supply Chain in working with diverse groups in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Gain expertise in GT Nexus Implementation Methodology
• Accountable for getting certified on GT Nexus Products
• Understand project charter and customers needs on the project
• Ability to manage customer expectations
• Timely escalation of issues that needs attention by management (both on Customer and GT Nexus side)
• Perform detailed gap analysis
• Understand data mapping specifications as per Integration Design and perform String Test
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA for product enhancements
• Responsible for system/application configuration
• Actively participate in status meetings between customer and Implementation teams
• Accountable for Use case and Integration test plan
• Accountable for documentation and execution of Use case and Integration test scenarios
• During solution rollout, provide inputs for deployment plan
• Participate in customer training to drive adoption
• Ensure solution stability and effective handover to support organization

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or MCA (Masters in Computer Application)
• 2+ years of qualified experience in implementation
• Supply chain certifications is a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills. English language a must
• Ability to multi-task
• Comfortable working online using collaborative web technologies such as Wiki, etc
• Exposure to EDI Messages (example: EDI 850, 856, 315, 214 and 861)
• Basic understanding of XML messages/files
• Experience in basic SQL
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience in the international transportation industry a plus
• Flexibility to work late/early hours depending on customer’s geographic location

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Company issued laptop is provided
• Internet Service at home is a must; company will provide a VPN access
• Some travel is required
