- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
- At least 20 year(s) of working experience in Oil&Gas industry with minimum 10 years as supervisor/manager.
- Strong leadership skill.
- Proactive leader.
- Strong and active communication skills
- Extensive experienced for liaising with BPmigas and Pertamina.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
