Assistant Manager, Refinery Business Development (Exp-CIBD3)
Job Description
Directing, Evaluating, Controlling the Study:
- The proposed business and investment projects in the Directorate. Refinery with use of resources including the means of production and support, the selection of licensor and technology, making FEED, and determination of funding sources and patterns of funding to increase the margin Dit.Refinery
- The proposed business and investment projects which are summarized within the Feasibility Study (FS) as well as setting up the business development requirements of the proposal as a reference work parties, as well as to evaluate, prepare materials and information to negotiate with business partners both within and outside the country
- The portfolio of business, risk assessment and the proposed changes to the business stakeholders as a reference work
- Determination of new business development Business Scheme which is managed by Pertamina and through cooperation with business partners who fit
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Chemical / Gas & Petrochemical Engineering, preferably Master degree in Business Management / Engineering
Capabilities and competencies:
- Master Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up Fuel Refinery, Gas and Petrochemicals
- Mastering the Feasibility Study, FEED, EPC Review for fuel refinery, Gas or Petrochemical
- Mastering the Process to design some software Refinery Fuel, Gas and Petrochemicals
- Mastering the Project Control Software (preferred if available)
- Mastering the EIA study, Risk Management (preferred if available)
- Excellent English and excellent computer
- Work experience in a related field at least 10 years after bachelor degree graduating
- Age limits: 32-40 Years
