Job Description

• Work independently or with a team to develop bioassay and immunoassay for antibody screening, characterization and new target validation;
• Responsible for cell culturing, antibody/cell lysate preparations and Bio-plex based assay development;
• Provide scientific expertise on designing and implementing experimental plans in vitro assays;
• Develop, track and manage detailed development program timelines, resource allocations, deliverables and milestone progress, ensure delivery high quality data and products on time;
• Generate the laboratory request documents. Give research presentation and share other daily laboratory operational works;
• Provide support to the management team on project updates / reports as needed
• Accomplish other R&D duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in biochemistry, immunology or cell biology;
• 1+ years work experience in Industrial /academic related to cell culturing, antibody purification, bioassay or immunoassays development. The experience in developing of antibody pairs for diagnostics detection kits is preferred;
• Highly self-motivated, organized and analytical;
• Demonstrated problem solving and multitasking skills;
• Good team player with interpersonal communication skills;
• Fluent in writing and speaking English with strong ability in preparing reports;
• Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and present data. Previous GMP /GLP experience or Oversea experience are plus.
