Requirements:- Minimum Bachelor degree graduation majoring Hospitality
- Minimum 1 year as Sous Chef / CDP
- Good attitude and high motivation
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Service oriented person
- Responsible for supervising, coordinating, training and participating the activities of personnel engaged in the preparation of food items
- Checks daily menu and function orders to determine kind and quality of food items to prepare : inintiates requisition based on menus function orders and forecast.
- Ensure that hotel cost control policies and procedures are followed
