Job Description

• Work closely with manufacturing group to continually evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, systems, and technology and make recommendations to improve the quality of Company products;
• Assist in managing the development, implementation and maintenance of quality Assurance systems and activities to ensure product quality in compliance with ISO and Corporate QA standards;
• Review manufacturing documentation for accuracy, completeness to identify and address problems;
• Participate in internal and external compliance audits;
• Participate in new product development process;
• Follow-up on the effectiveness and closure of DNCR's and Corrective/Preventive Actions;
• Enhance the Quality system through gap analysis of processes and data., provide recommendations for improvement;
• Educate, train and monitor the staff to ensure that they understand and comply with established quality procedures and standards;
• Other tasks as assigned.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field.
• 3+ years experience in QA or equivalent in the industry.
• ISO and related auditing experience is preferred.
• Effective verbal, written and listening skills in both Chinese and English.
• Great communication skills, detail-oriented.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of ERP and database systems is a plus.
