Program Development Officer
Work Location: Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Conduct for training process
- Initiates and compile training program
- Create and developing modules
- Female, with max age 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication/ Public Relations, Business Administration or its equivalent from reputable University (GPA 3.00)
- Min 1 years relevant working experience (in teaching or training areas)
- Interest in developing people and excel in delivering management skill subject (leadership, coaching counseling, communication, motivation, etc)
- Good communication skill as well as interpersonal skill
- Willing to travel
