Job Description

• Closely work with the R&D teams at the Antibody Center to establish the antibody manufacturing capabilities;
• Plan, direct and monitor antibody production and QC process, and other related activities at the Antibody Center to maximize the use of the resources;
• Develop, implement and optimize manufacturing specifications, schedules and procedures to improve product quality and to reduce production cost;
• Ensure the procedures, quality, and operations complying with the requirements;
• Lead, supervise and develop a team of production and QC for timely delivery of quality products within budget;
• Generate manufacturing reports and provide recommendations for senior management review;
• Assist Site Manager in manufacturing related tasks as assigned.

Required Experience

• Bachelor or above degree of Biology, Chemistry or related field;
• 5-10 years in biological manufacturing industry, with 3+ years in management role;
• Strong knowledge in biological reagents production procedures as well as quality assurance;
• Fluent in both Chinese and English reading, speaking and writing;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Strong project management abilities.
