Shipping & Receiving Officer
Work location: Jakarta
Requirements:
- Direct the safe, efficient and cost effective dispatch, movement and return of goods from / to Indonesia in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain information on freight rates and costs.
- Prepare and complete export and import documentations for clearance processes in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Arrange proper transportation for export and import and maintain transportation provider database.
- Facilitate and participate in Customs audits.
- Maintain database of temporary and Master Listed equipment.
- Other duties related to the job scope as directed.
- Diploma degree in Logistic/Industrial Engineering, Business Management or relevant.
- Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in export & import/customs clearance and transportation in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
