Contract Staff
Requirements:
- A minimum of Bachelor Degree in disciplines related to Oil and Gas Industry, e.g., engineering, business management.
- 5+ years of experience in the contracts management business with at least 3 years experience in oil and gas business preferably capital project business or drilling. Full understanding of prevailing Indonesian regulations (e.g., BPMIGAS PTK 007 Rev 02).
- Basic negotiating skills; understand negotiation techniques and objectives.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written.
- Responsible for preparing and administering tenders for major and minor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with Regulations; interface with BPMIGAS to clarify and explain business matters.
- Work with/ assist User Groups on the tendering and implementation of contracts.
- Maintain organized tender and contract files, ensure there is a clear audit trail including all key documents.
- Ensure full compliance with prevailing Regulations (e.g. PTK 007 Rev 02); clarify as necessary.
- Work with User Groups to build tender and contract plans; develop contracting strategies.
- Preparation of front end documentation including procurement plans, adverts and registration documents.
- Develop Invitation to Bid documents, ensure objective evaluation criteria and process is in place.
- Coordinate the Registration process and evaluation, arrange pre-bid meetings, coordinate clarifications.
- Participate in tender evaluations; coordinate clarifications; prepare reports and recommendations.
- Finalize contracts, arrange approvals; distribute contracts; establish contract files.
- Validate contractors are fulfilling their local content obligations.
- Assist User Groups to comply with Regulations and Procedures during implementation of contracts.
- Computer Literacy and report writing skills. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software.
- Able to work well in a multicultural team and be highly motivated, strong customer focus, effective team player, disciplined, dynamic with good personality.
