Administration Internal Controller
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Under the direction of the Internal Control and Audit Division, Administration Internal Controller will monitor and control of scrap Management, Scale Management, Security and Safety Management, and Local Transport / Trucking Management, which include the following duties:
  • Review and Improve SOPs in area of Unit Control such as : Scrap Management, Scale Management, Security Management, Safety Management and Local Transportation/Trucking Management in Mill Area.
  • Support the Unit Control in identifying internal and external risks, evaluate their risk rating and collaborate with other unit to develop prevention actions to minimize the risk;
  • Create business control design and support control to Unit Control
  • Assist the implementation of business control and evaluate its business process
  • Responsible to reviewing other control to improve and optimize the business process
  • Develop professional, analytical activity reports in required format in Indonesian/ English language;
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with minimum of 2 years working experience in specific related field area control.
  • Have experiences/knowledge in tender process, operational risk management and editing SOP will be an advantage.
  • Independent, very good analytical skill, reporting skill, fast learner and able to learn.
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral, in Indonesian, English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel and to be located in Malang & Mojokerto / Tangerang / Tebing Tinggi-Jambi. (Please state specific areas that are required)
