Learning & People Development Officer

Medco Group as a national company in energy field, has long planned to diversify its business into the development of renewable energy sources.

As a first step of this plan, in 1993, Medco Group sub-holding company established agribusiness later known as Medco Agro, to establish oil palm plantations in Central Kalimantan. Along with business development, at this time Medco Agro has had several business units to build and manage a garden of palm oil mills spread across several regions in Indonesia.

Position Requirements

• Male / Female, age max. 30 years
• Post-Graduate Education (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of training and Organizational and People Development
• Have experience in conducting TNA (Training Need Analysis)
• Conduct Training and Training Evaluation
• Experience working in a plantation company (preferably)
• Willing to travel agencies around the site
