Lead/Performance Engineer

Position Summary

GT Nexus, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Lead/Performance Engineer to test our application suite. The candidate will be a member of a team that is responsible for the performance test scripts development, test execution, analyze the performance reports and recommend the necessary improvements to the engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Should be able to conduct design reviews, requirement reviews, evaluate technical architecture from performance view point.
• Ability to develop and execute performance test scripts. Analyze the test execution reports and report them.
• Analyze the performance test execution reports, spot performance bottle necks, suggest changes to help improve.

Job Requirements

• BS/MS in CS/EE (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years hands-on testing experience
• Hands on experience in either Load Runner or Web Load.
• Work experience in Web Server Stress tool is a plus
• Experience of being worked in at least 2-3 performance testing projects
• Should be an expert on minimum of one operating system, database and programming language.
• Proven expertise in Web application (.NET and J2EE) testing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
