And this role certainly represents the ultimate challenge for an engineer. You’ll be a key member of the ETO team responsible for engineering exclusive premium products for our top-line ranges, and for bringing a creative and innovative approach to unique and bespoke vehicles.

Responsible for defining vehicle and component attributes and setting targets, you’ll ensure system and component engineers have robust design and test plans. You’ll make sure all vehicle prototypes are efficiently procured and tested, and drive engineering sign-off.

Candidate Profile

You’re qualified with an engineering degree – ideally in Mechanical Engineering. With a track record across vehicle development and testing, you have good knowledge of the whole vehicle attributes, sign-off and testing process.

Your ability to work closely with other departments, including Aerodynamics and Safety, will help ensure all targets are met. Automotive engineering experience will be a definite advantage, but is not essential. You’ll certainly have a full driving license and be willing to perform testing abroad.
