Currently we are seeking a Deck Supervisor to join the Atwood Osprey, a 6th Generation Semi-Submersible Rig currently operating in Australian waters.

Position Summary

The Deck Supervisor is responsible for the safe managing / organising of all deck operations and coordinating the crane operators, and associated Roustabout crews. Reporting directly to the Barge Engineer, the Deck Supervisor will require exceptional leadership skills to ensure all personnel under their direction work in a safe and efficient manner while complying with all company rules and regulations. Detailed knowledge of the Company’s Safety Management Systems and Procedures will be necessary. The ability and willingness to fill-in as a Crane Operator is an essential requirement of this supervisory role.

Essential Qualification/Skill Requirements:

• Must be in possession of a Tower Crane Ticket
• Previous offshore Deck Supervisor / Foreman experience
• Minimum 4yrs Offshore Crane Operating Experience
• Must be in possession of a Tower Crane Ticket, Dogging Ticket, Rigging Certificate
• Valid OPITO Approved TBOSIET/BOSIET

Desired Qualification/Skill Requirements:

• Scaffolding Certificate
• Mechanical Trade Certificate

To be considered for this position you must be a Citizen/Permanent Resident of Australia, and be able to obtain a clear National Police Clearance Certificate.
