Compliance Officer

Reporting to the Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager, the Compliance Officer will
support the GRC Manager in developing a database of all required permits, licenses, reports
and other documents to ensure that PT DPM complies with the applicable laws and regulations
as well as to ensure that documents required are prepared and delivered timely to other parties,
such as corporate office, certification bodies, etc.

The incumbent will be initially based in Jakarta and then work on a fly in / fly out roster to the
mine site in North Sumatera.

The key roles and accountabilities include:

• Assist in developing and initial implementation of compliance database which capture all due dates of permits, licenses and reports which PT DPM has to comply as per applicable laws and regulations of Republic of Indonesia and other parties such as corporate office, certification bodies, etc.
• Assist in preparation of various reports for internal and external parties.

The successful candidate will possess the following key criteria:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in social engineering; environmental, forestry, biology and agricultural sciences.
• Minimum 3 years working experiences in developing and implementing a new management system.
• Experience in Indonesian Legal System in addition to Project Construction Program.
• Computer literate in the Microsoft Office programs, with the emphasis on Microsoft Project.
• Good written and oral communication skills, in both English and Indonesia.
• Able to work as team.
• Willing to work at mine site.
