Application Specialist
PT. Metrohm Indonesia offers a comprehensive range of advanced analytical instrumentation, measuring both the chemical and physical characteristics of samples, for various industries and applications such as the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food & Beverage and Environmental industries.Position Responsibilities
- Ensure customer’s analytical chemistry application can be fulfilled by our instruments
- Manage application database and continuously update product and application knowledge
- Develop new applications
- Maintain and manage the application laboratory and instruments
- Work closely with sales and service team
- Perform instrument installation and training
- Organize in house and external seminars
- Write technical articles for print and other media
Position Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field/position
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Willing to travel
- Able to follow instructions and perform duties in a timely manner
- Must be self disciplined, well organized, able to communicate well and have a warm personality
- Willing and able to work long hours and be a team player
