Service Manager (Code: SM)
Job Overview- Mitra Suzuki is looking for someone who can manage an effective & efficient Service operations to ensure high profitability and ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction & Retention.
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Business Management
- Min. 3 years of supervisory experience within the Service Management in automotive
- Strong ability to motivate, coach and develop people in a respectable way
- Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Effective time management skills
- Manage and improve productivity of Service staff to ensure profitable Service operations according to the overall strategy of Mitra Suzuki
- Preparing and implementing budgets and action plans
- Employing and assuring highly efficient, skilled and motivated Service staff
- Controlling, maintaining and investing in an inventory of professional tools, shop consumables and required equipment
- Supervising and providing training on the job to Service staff
- Implementing a performance evaluation system
- Maintaining an orderly workplace.
- Creating and overseeing an annual operating budget for the Service Division
- Present Periodical Performance vs Target Review Reports to Top Management
