Service Engineer

PT. Metrohm Indonesia offers a comprehensive range of advanced analytical instrumentation, measuring both the chemical and physical characteristics of samples, for various industries and applications such as the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food & Beverage and Environmental industries.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform instrument maintenance and calibration
• Perform instrument diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair
• Promote and sell service contracts
• Maintain and manage existing customer database
• Perform seminars, customer presentations/trainings and instrument demonstrations
• Maintain service and application knowledge
• Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner

Position Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Electronics/Mechatronics ) or equivalent field.
• Fluent in English, both passive and active
• Candidate should possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate should be self motivated, be able to work in a team and have a professional attitude
• Willing to travel and work long hours and under pressure
• Own transport
• Possess SIM A / C
