Education:

• Technical diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering / Electronics or equivalent.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years post-diploma experience in installing and supporting desktop systems in a distributed environment.
• Industry certification in major IT desktop products.
• Good communication (oral and written) skills.
• Proficient in the usage/application of desktop standard diagnostic and testing tools.
• Able to communicate technical details and instructions in plain, non-technical language.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to provide timely and accurate problem resolution to a wide range of complex technical issues.
