- Bachelor Degree in Business Management and strongly desirable to possess Master Degree in Public Administration/Human Resources management.
- At least 15 years experience in development of Policies and procedures as well as intensive exposure to Compensations, Performance Management and Job Evaluation areas.
- The person holds advanced knowledge of technology and its related applications to the job.
- Should be taken extensive courses related to Policy Development, Compensation, Performance Management and JE.
- Approach must be analytical and structure in resolving business problems.
- Must have strong communication skills, including presentation, and possess ability to influence and persuade with tact and diplomacy.
