Planner - Indonesia
PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a division of Leighton Asia and mainly specialises in contract mining, civil engineering and infrastructure, including site preparation, earthworks, roads, bridges, pipelines and tunnels. This position is based in South Kalimantan at the Wahana Coal Mine Project.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain and improve the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling business flow process
- Scope the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant repair / preventive / predictive / design-out activities on the organization’s plant and equipment
- Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work
- Purchase all necessary parts, equipment, services and documentation to perform the maintenance work
- Write applicable maintenance procedures that promote defect-free maintenance work quality
- Incumbent will have 7 weeks : 2 weeks roster (FIFO)
Requirements:
- Should have min. Trade certification in a mechanical engineering with 5 years experience in maintaining heavy earth moving equipment (especially Excavator Unit & Trucks)
- Min 2 years experience in planning role
- Proficient in developing maintenance strategies in order to minimize equipment downtime and proficient in MS Excel and MS Project
- Must be willing to work in Satui, Tanah Bumbu (South Kalimantan)
- Indonesian citizenship only
