Mine Geology Superintendent

Reporting to the Mining Manager, the Mine Geology Superintendent provides planning, direction
and management of specific tasks related to geology work associated with brownfield
exploration, development of resources to JORC standard, geology support to production team,
through to final reconciliation of ore reserves and resources, at PT. Dairi Prima Mineral project.

This is a fly in / fly out roster position.

The key roles and accountabilities include:

• Resource interpretation, modelling, estimation and reporting to JORC standard.
• Development and supervision of grade control and stockpile management systems.
• Management and supervision of ore production statistics, data integrity and reconciliation.
• Overview and development of mine geology procedures.
• Managing an effective brownfield exploration program.

The successful candidate will possess the following key criteria:

• Tertiery degree in Geology.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant geology experience, 5 years of which includes underground geology, one year in exploration and minimum two years as a Mine Geology Superintendent.
• Advanced computer skills in one of the major mining software, Micromine, Datamine, Vulcan or Surpac.
• An In-depth understanding of JORC code.
• Knowledge of sampling principles and practices.
