Recruitment Specialist

Qualifications :

• Female/ Male, max 30 years of age
• Preferably possessing a Profession degree in Psychology
• Possessing selection and recruitment skills including interviewing skills and conducting psychological testing to applicants
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals
• Get used to work under tight deadlines to fulfill the recruitment's needs
• Strong interpersonal skills, communications & teamwork
