In expanding our business - currently the company needs special person with high integrity to fill the position as:

Inventory Officer

• Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system.

Including:

• Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
• Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
• Actively promote positive safety culture.
• Adhere to quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:

1. Compliance to work instructions.
2. Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.

• Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit
• Maintain store of parts consumables, PPE insuring all item an adequately secured & preserved to prevent deterioration of loss.
• Insure all stores are issued as per correct authorization & the issue is documented as required.
• Insure all stores are maintained at adequate levels & order replacement store as required.
• Control storage & dispatched & all hazardous material, i.e. oil, fuels, solvent, etc.
• Performs all inspection for incoming and outgoing materials are met requirements.
• Other duties as directed.

1. Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
2. Extensive knowledge of inventory and asset control methods and procedures.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially English.
4. Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
5. Minimum of 3 years experience in fixed asset & inventory.
6. Diploma degree in any relevant major.
