Hero Supermarket employs people 13,400 and serving customers in 496 outlets. As of March 31, 2011, the Company operates 38 outlets Giant hypermarkets, 46 supermarkets Hero outlets, 76 outlets Giant supermarkets, 208 Guardian health and beauty outlets and 128 outlets Starmart. In March 31, 2011, a new Giant has opened in Jababeka Cikarang, Giant Guardian Jababeka Cikarang, Giant Guardian Bandung Setrasari, Guardian Kalibata City, Giant Metland Jonggol, Giant Guardian Metland. As of July, there have been 500 outlets throughout Indonesia.

In the end of December 2003, Dairy Farm Group with its associations were involved in running 2570 outlets, such as Wellcome (supermarket of world-class food), Maxim's Catering(restaurant), Cold Storage (supermarket), Jasons Market Place/Market Place by Jasons (high-end supermarket), Shop N Save (discount supermarket), Giant (hypermarket), and Mannings/Guardian (health and beauty care) in various regions, also operating 7-Eleven (convenience stores), Hero (supermarket) and IKEA (home furnishing) in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Hero Supermarket is life in South Asia, Dairy Farm operates 956 outlets, 433 of which are located in Singapore, 186 in Malaysia, 222 in Indonesia and 115 in India. Today, Dairy Farm has hired 56,800 employees in the region and has approximately 2,000 sales from ongoing operations of $4.5 billion in total. It is clear that Hero is now part of the retail giants in Asia.
